WHERE CAN YOU SERVE?

“For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.” (Romans 12:4,5)

Each of us needs to realise that God has given us a special role in which we must function. And for the health of the whole body of Christ, it is crucial and necessary that we keep functioning actively in our role. We were saved to serve Christ together. We are made by God with a need for each other, bestowed with specific gifts which enable us to perform different roles in the body of Christ. None of these roles can ever function effectively when isolated from the others. But a combination of them together is very necessary for proper function.

Dear Reader, please do not be indifferent to this need, as your lack of service will affect the body of Christ adversely. On the other hand, if you serve actively, you can be a tremendous blessing to the whole body. Where then can you serve? Go through the list below prayerfully, and ask the Lord to lead you to an area of service. —Pastor
