Text: Hebrews 3:1-6

I. Consider His Faithfulness (v.2)

1. Moses was faithful in all His house (cf. Numbers 12:7)
2. Jesus’ perfect faithfulness (John 4:34; 10:37; 17:4; 19:30)

II. Consider His Glory (vv. 1, 3a, 4, 5, 6)

1. His glory as the Apostle and High Priest (v.1)
2. His glory as the Builder (vv.3,4)
3. His glory as the Son (vv. 5,6)

III. Consider Him, the Anchor of our Faith  (vv. 6)

1. We belong to God (whose house are we) if we persevere to the end.
2. We live in the “future tense” as we await the “blessed hope” of our Jesus’ second advent.
3. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. (Rom 14:8)

1. Have you considered Jesus as your greatest Deliverer? Why or why not?
2. How does Jesus' role as an Apostle, High Priest, Builder, and Son impact your Christian faith?
3. Is Jesus the Anchor of your faith? What evidence do you have of it in your life?
